We need to create policies and laws that align with the aspirations and wishes of the people for the prosperity of our nation.

Comprehensive development is only possible through creative people's representatives who keep the desires of the people at the center. Parliament needs citizen-friendly policy-making, establishment of methods and systems, and people's representatives who can lead the country's comprehensive development.

My Key Agenda

Ensuring citizen-friendly policy and service delivery for the country's comprehensive development, and establishing institutions of law, method, and system — institutional development is my main agenda.

🎓 01

Education: Access for All, Quality Improvement & Digital Transformation

Education is not just my priority in the field of attainment — it is also a field where I have worked and delivered results. Spending on education is not an expense but an investment. I am committed to reflecting this understanding in policy and law.

  • Leading role in improving quality of public schools, teacher capacity development, and student academic growth through policy-making
  • Initiating national-level policy framework and legislation to expand the successful Digital Classroom, Smart Board & ICT-based Learning model from Kathmandu Metropolitan City
  • Working day and night to create a policy framework for accessible, entrepreneurial, and technology-friendly education
💰 02

Youth, Employment & Digital Economy

Not sending youth abroad, but creating opportunities right here in Nepal.

  • Promoting Startup-friendly policies and Tech-based Employment
  • Targeted policies for Freelancers, IT Professionals & Remote Workers
  • Adopting the Digital Nomad Visa concept
  • Expanding the successful Skills Fair model from KMC to the national level
  • Attracting foreign nationals working in IT to Nepal, promoting tourism, increasing foreign currency earnings and employment
  • Creating policies and laws for contributing to the digital economy through local production conservation and market commercialization
03

Sports, Youth & Women Empowerment

Sports is not just entertainment — it is also for prestige, discipline, opportunity, and a healthy life.

  • Adopting policies to integrate sports into the curriculum from the school level
  • Creating policies and laws for Sports Scholarships
  • Ending all forms of discrimination against women — improving economic conditions, creating opportunities, and advancing dignity remains my priority
🏙️ 04

Service Delivery, Urban Management & Environment

Quality public service and a well-managed city is another key agenda.

  • Full Digitalization of services through a hassle-free One-window Service system
  • Timely rescue, relief, and rehabilitation through disaster risk identification, preparedness, and early warning system development
  • Prioritizing climate-resilient infrastructure through effective LAPA implementation
  • Balancing development with environmental conservation through green processes, local participation, and economic prosperity
  • Commitment to always performing the role of a bridge to solve local problems through local-level surveys and data
🏛️ 05

Heritage Conservation & Cultural Identity

  • Preservation and promotion of cultural heritage and religious sites associated with local communities
  • Creating economic opportunities through heritage-based tourism promotion
  • Linking identity, culture, and history with economic opportunity
  • Digital documentation of Newa culture — historic buildings, jatras, rituals, and traditions
  • Adopting local technology, skills, and traditional practices in urbanization

Along with these, all matters of public concern will also be my agenda.
